He's useful if you have other threats. He is attacking, and when he's on his game will

worry the fullback.
If you have a threat down the other side, and some good movement up front he can compliment that quite well, even with his poor final ball.

If he's all you;ve got though, teams will push out and negate him, especially as they'll know its not that hard to force him into a corner, and his delivery is likely to be poor.
