"Gelled" is not the right word there.....

because to my mind that means getting used to each others style of play. Instead, I think we lack spirit, leadership and direction. Three 1-1 draws at home and a 1-0 loss away out of four games. And in all four games ( and yes I include the Coventry game, the first of the season ) our heads have dropped and spirits sagged when it hasn't gone our way. There is something wrong in the team. I don't know what it is but we do not look or act "right" at the moment. This is a long season in a difficult league. It needs to get sorted now because if this apathy continues much longer it will feed on itself. I just wish I knew what the problem is.
