I have to agree with Alan here

If one person is going to give us a chance, it's him. He has never played above Championship level and has only been there a year for Blackpool (I think) and half a season for us.

I think he knows he need to give us as a minimum until the 2nd window, by which point hopefully we will be in the thick of it.
