The way I see it...

is that we want a manager who we know can get us promoted. Name me a manager who is available who has got promotion from this division and then I might start to consider getting rid of Worthington. I can't believe how ridiculous some people are being with their criticism of him. Every manager in the country constantly looks to improve their team, to suggest Worthington is not doing so is ludicrous. Its not Worthingtons fault if there are no midfielders available who are better than what we have, it's not his fault if players that are available cost too much or don't want to come here. Give the man a break he is doing the best he can, a change of manager is not going to change the money we have or the players that are available.
