I think the same about Delia and MWJ - I think they do want to sell at a decent price. I'm sure they'd be willing to take a hit because after all, it would mean not having to pump even more cash into the business.
I also agree that the assets are a major sticking point. Administration would necessarily mean selling them surely, so as to pay off any creditors. I'm not sure how this has been done with other clubs, but any other business would have to do this.
