I'm not talking about storming the division

I'm just pointing out that we WILL be spending money, and so the choice of who gets to spend it is a jolly important one. I also think that there we will be one of the most attractive clubs for any Div 3 or 4 manager to work at, because dire as our finances are, they're still better than what most people have. And did I mention the facilities ...?
