Charlton, yes, clearly that's a given.

Sheff Weds and Reading? No not for me.
I saw no lack of effort in either of those.
I saw a lack of belief in Reading after we went a goal behind perhaps but that's it.

What i did see in both games was a team deviod of its most creative input, huffing and puffing but unable to make anything happen.
THose games were about a lack of quality, not a lack of application.
