That i have a sympathy with, in donating the rebate to NCIST.

That way, maybe, the 'rep' takes the majority view of those in taht organisation into the meeting and represents that.
Maybe.

Then again, they'd ahve to release a lot of sensitive info to those members to allow informed voting.

Sensitive info that is always then going to find its way onto the net, where it probably shouldn't be...........................
