No offence, but i reckon there are about 10 city fans at most i'd be happy to see do it.
We are all to bloody different for it to work.
Who are you going to put up there? What is their job going to be? To 'represent the fans views'? What does that mean?
Sifting through 400 e-mails every board meeting that all contradict each other?
As far as i'm concerned the club should run itself, with input from the fans in the way it currently gets it.
If (like now) they stray from the approach that many of us feel they should be taking, we are quite capable of letting them know.
You can't have fan input on every decision, even the major ones. We never agree on managers, we rarely agree on players, so who is this poor 'representative' meant to represent? All of us? So he has to agrue for, against' and inbetween each decision at each board meeting?
Or does he have to pick a view? How does he do that? And if its not my view can I call for him to be sacked?
Doesn't work for me. Let the club run itself, and when it goes wrong we'll tell them.
