Martin Allen (Brentford manager) to succeed Worthington

This guy is the best thing around at the moment in my opinion. He has taken Brentford from no-where to the playoffs last season, and now they are top of League 1, with absolutely no money at all. Plus I think they made the FA Cup quarter finals last season. Should we build the future with him? A new stable future? Give him say 3 or 4 years to see what he can do?
