If Wes wants to go then I'd rather we got a fee for him and went for someone else

Would we lose financially on a 'swop deal between the two? Lee still commands a fee and would want a pretty big wedge. If we lost out on any such deal then it's a NO WAY for me.

Lee isn't going to get any better and his motivation has been an issue in the past. So no, not for me.
