Not really

When he took over, I thought he'd introduce just enough spirit to save us from relegation. I've only seen the Reading game; but it seems clear that he was incapable of motivating the team enough (for whatever reasons) and is tactically naive to be a good candidate for the full time job. I *hope* it works out; but I'm sceptical.

That said, though, I really think there are deeper problems at the club and they really need sorting out before we can move forward so I'm a bit ambivalent about it.
