investors would be a lot keener to invest if they start with no debt and don't have to pay Delia the ridiculous amount she is demanding for her shares. Delia & her husband are like a Cancer slowly killing this club and until they go we will lose a lot more points than 10 points for going into admin.
It is almost inwvitable that the banks will call in the debts at some stage and so the sooner we go into admin the better.
