and a board who don't show, or even reward achievement here enough, but act on results in difficult situations
ie, they know their actions haven't helped a manager as he wanted x and x to happen, but they still fire managers like they've had their chance to shine
All the while, they then pick someone else, who operates the same way, and the same thing happens again
The more it happens, the less patience fans have, and the more chance of animosity starting early....
The whole thing is spiralling one way and kind of has ever since they arrived
The bit in the middle where Worthington did well, came along when money was made available due to the ITV break up, and those signings were largely very good and well researched
Since then, signings have been good and well researched, they just didn't sign
