I do think he's done a good job in difficult circumstances

what I don't think he had at Rotherham was the sort of pressure to succeed that 18000 season ticket holders will provide if he comes to this club. And so I don't know how transferable his success would be. Because, although it pains me to say this, I think our fans have got a bit of the wolves about them.
