I have had dealings with Gunny a few times over the years

Like most football people there is an ego there but he has always been pleasent enough to deal with.

I presented Dion with a POTS award last year and wanted to get a shirt signed to give to my Bestman at my wedding. I was polite and explained that it was for my bestman and fully expected him to live up to his nice guy image, i found him abrupt at best an was really disappointed. I think a footballer without an ego and one that really cares is a very rare thing.

Having listened to the broadcast this morning i thought Gunn, Crook and Butterworth all came across well. I still really hope Gunny does not get the job mind.
