it's easy to have all that good tempo and stuff when you are winning, its a lot harder when you are losing.

In the Fizzy, where there isn't a lot in general between the playing squads, a lot comes down to confidence and momentum.

We didn't have the best players in 2003/4, for example, but we got on a good run, got confidence going and got lucky wih injuries. Everyone wants to play then, and the manager's job is easy.
