Yep, there will be unhappy campers no matter who is picked. Unless of course, he's picked

by a new owner/board.....................

We are simply not going to get a brilliant manager.
Best option will probably be someone percieved to be 'on the up' but as you say, he'll get labled as having "little/no experience"
