Dowd was on the Arsenal v Chelsea game the other day, and there was 3 shouts for a pen for Arsenal, which were turned away. I only assume it didn't get to blubalicious levels because Chelsea were winning

Arsenal had no probs with that Norwegian ref when he officiated them against Villarreal

It's a bit of a shame a decent ref probably won't do good games anymore, just because Chelsea couldn't win a game of football
