betting is all about value

not what you think is going to happen

surely you know that

if you see something that's 20/1 but you have it as a 5/1 shot you'll back it right? because it's value. this doesn't mean you think it will happen as it's an odds against chance in your mind. but if you keep getting 20/1 on what are 5/1 shots you won't do badly.

the same as getting 8/1 on the roll of a dice
