Well he starts by stating that his mate said

"Mr Doncaster is partly accountable for the state of the clubs current situation" and that "Delia is the organ grinder and Doncaster is the monkey"; but the rest is basically an anti-Doncaster rant blaming him for all the club ills. That and the assessment of his character may well be correct; but it doesn't really tie in with the starting position.

Who is it? Dunno. Probably someone fired by Roeder - would certainly have needed to be around for a while after his appointment
