Chase had a lot of luck, in a league and time where the playing field was a lot more level and the levels of scrutiny (from sources such as t'internet) were a lot lower. And still f**ked us over royally, I believe, to the extent we're still playing catch up now, despite the additional cock-ups by the current incumbents.
