the blocking of an opponent is a bit of an odd-one all round

like when defenders shield the ball and let it run out of play, all to do with the defender being close enough to the ball to be deemed to be in control of it even without touching it

as for any other cases, dunno, have they also knocked the player over or charged them in order to impede their movement?
