Personally I think we had a small chance of getting Big Sam before he went to Blackburn.

Now we have to be more realistic in our choices.
We need managers who know the lower divisons and used to working with no budgets.

The good news is that a lot of clubs are looking to shed players for money reasons so a number of decent players will be free agents this year IMHO.
