Pretty sure they have said they are open to all forms of investment. What they have said however is that if someone wants a controlling interest in the club then that person will have to buy them out (not unreasonably - it's one thing having such a large proportion of your wealth tied up in the club if you control it, rather stupid if someone else controls it and is basically free to do whatever they like with it)
