i'd forgotten about my problem with my car

i'll have to take it in somewhere. any idea how much this sort of thing might cost? I'm thinking i might have to apply to Tomblander for a grant.

to remind everyone, it makes a buzzing noise when i start the ignition (like when you turn the key with the motor already running).
