If you're suggesting the board are incompetent then I think you'll find much agreement here.

The problem is that your evidence is - at best - muddled - you're suggesting that the board somehow forced Worthy to get rid of Iwan & Malky and then refuse to buy Ashton *and* Crouch (especially when the latter would be worth four times the asking price just months later)

Your other examples are given with a very large dose of hindsight.
