while there is much truth in this and i agree that managers need to be given time

if it's clearly not working then it does more harm to blindly stick with the wrong man.

Gunny was brought it to bring some fight and togetherness to a f**ked up squad, being as he couldn't even get that bit right when it comes to a must-win game it's obvious that he is the wrong man for the job

Roeder and Grant did not fail due to lack of money
