Because he can spot a good player, as he showed with Cody

and he's been making all the right sounds during interviews about the type of players Norwich City needs (admittedly he's probably saying what the fans what to hear so he gets the job full time)

It's got nothing to do with what i think of him, i just think he could be useful scouting the type of players we need.
