No. Hence my view that step one is to get better leadership at board level...

...and in the organisation at large by replacing Munby and Doncaster. Once that's done, the structure of the rest of the board needs a look. After that we can start talking managers and then players. It needn't take long but we need to start very soon to get momentum behind the new leadership team before the hard decisions need to be taken this summer.
