Just back from open day

Corr blast Doomcaster got some stick at the Q&A. It was very very hostile with some tricky questions being asked to the panel which included Doomy, Gunn, Mumbles, Crofty and Malcolm Robertson from Anglia News.

Lots of: sack the board, Doomy take a pay cut, whats the deal with Cullum, will Crofty stay etc etc.

Have to say that they handled it very well. Gunny showed some passion fighting back at some snide comments made from some imbecile. I got the impression that he was treating the whole affair as a job interview in which he did very well, the way he was answering questions.

I dont think he will be here next season but he certainly didnt do himself any harm today. He admitted he failed his first task not keeping us up. Cant imagine Roeder ever doing that!

He does not rate Marshall. Thinks Doc is not vocal enough to be a captain and wants to, if manager next season, build a team around youth and league 1 experienced players.

Cant think of anything else of note except that Charlton have only sold 1000 - yes '1 thousand' season tickets for next season!
