If they f**k up occasionally it won't matter because they will have given it their all. We needs scouts with eyes in their arses to identify the players that want to play in front of 20,000 plus in the 1st Division and want to do their very best, every single time they pull on the shirt...oh and they can't be loans either because we appear to have done that one to death and in this most cynical of modern eras it would appear that the majority of loanees couldn't give a sh*t beyond covering the mortgage.
