Steve Tilson

The biggest signing this club have to make is getting a manager who knows what he is doing. Gunn i am afraid is not that!

We need a manager who knows league one inside out, who has tasted success in league one, is hungry and who would view Norwich as a step up from where he currently is.

I believe Steve Tilson is that man.
