wage structure is the problem.

Lets say..........

Norwichs top player is on 12K a week then an average players will expect 8K

At other clubs the top earners might be on 5K so the same player would get far far less elsewhere.

Its so obvious we have drastically overpaid for the level of talent.

That is NOT down to the manager, that is down to those that approve the contracts and the wage structure of the club.

The only answer is to basically ship out most of the higher earners and start again.
Find players like Cody who would rather play for us then get up at 5 am in the snow to put up scaffolding.
Play young players who are hungry for the chance to prove themselves.
They might be raw but they will give it a real go and play with pride
