partly yeah, he also tried changing the way Watford played to please the fans

and that's why they were doing so s**t under him this season (though their failure at the end of last season was while they were still playing Hoofball i believe)

they played hoofball because that's what he found was successful, he bought players to play hoofball for him, and even though he spunked money on players not suited to hoofball, he still got them to play hoofball

i've been very anti-Boothroyd every time his name is brought up, but quite frankly if he can get us up and out of division 3 i'd happily put up with hoofball
