I think more important is to get a chairman and CEO

who know the game and are respected, and then to let them appoint a manager.

I seriously fear for us if Gunn gets it. More of the same.

Delia and MWj are only the problem because it seems they've had a say in the football appointments - they should leave that to people who know what they're doing.
