By that definition

everyone would see themselves as a "Byronic hero". It just about covers the waterfront and is just about as much use as a newspaper horoscope. It takes a huge leap of faith to describe a fooball manager as similar to one of the figureheads of the romantic poetry movement.
Which makes it funny.
