I'm torn on the issue to be honest, part of me agrees with you and I know those two don't do themselves any favours. I think the reason it annoys me though is that it comes across as some people thinking they are cleverer and better than some other people and using every opportunity they can to make sure it's known.

(Sorry bit hacked off that he just got his new work schedule for the year and we have a total of zero weeks off at the same time. No fair! Or is the current WOTB term big bad or something?)
