(sorry: pc doesn't want me to use tab button today)

(jumps between apps rather than spacing on page...and if there's no other apps open then it just does nothing...just needs restarting to reset...happens every now and then)

Anyone know a setting I can check/uncheck to solve this without restarting? And any possible reason why other than some dodgy bug?
