Jayson's big plan

OK, let's just suppose we get relegated on Sunday (as if!!).

Here are my thoughts on next season's squad:
Sell: Marshall, Clingan & Patty (?3 mill +)
Release / lose: Croft & Cureton
Unsure: Dejan (wages), Wes (physique) Lappin, Cort (fitness), Renton

We are left with:
GK = Nelson & Rudd (send out on loan)
DEF = Semi, Drury, Doc & Spillane
MID = Rusty, Lathrope, Smith & Adeyemi
STR = Martin, Daley & Cody

We should recruit:
a starting ?keeper (Lee Camp or similar)
r-b and c-b
x2 mid
x2 strikers (one of whom should be experienced & happy to take an advisory/bench role. All joking aside, someone like Thorne).
Also a couple of the academy boys (Davey (striker) & Stephens & Dumic (defenders)) may get called up.

The squad size should be 23-25 (but certainly less than our current, 30-strong, bloated state) And the wages should be cut by 30%.

There, instead of just griping about the idle, good-for-nothing tossers who have got us into this mess I am suggesting a way forward. Shocking, eh?
