Really? 'Cos that is a very very brave move by them if it is. Plusnet found that out the hard way when they introduced "unlimited" internet. I know the wholesale cost of bandwidth is a lot cheaper now, but similarly it's easier now to use up a *lot* of bandwith quickly if you've got high speeds - torrenting, iplayer so on and such like.

Are you sure there's not a "fair usage policy"? That's how, eventually, plusnet and most others did it - implement a fair usage policy that didn't stop you using as much bandwidth as you like, but throttle your speeds right back once you reach a certain threshold.
