It wasn't hindsight which said Grant was a gamble, Roeder's CV was appalling and Gunn a total leap in the dark; nor was it hindsight that Worthy had run out of steam a year before he left. The very first post I ever wrote on here lambasted the board after that ridiculous two game statement just before NW left: I'd been furious about the sit-you-ay-shun for the previous 12 months, and none of what I said was rocket science.
