Bought a ticket over the foon, "OK, I'll pop it in the post for you today", "Lovely, thanks very much." Then I realise, after putting the phone down, that I'm not going to be here to get the ticket in the post, so I need to arrange to pick it up from Nodge, but I can't phone back and tell 'em 'cos EVERY OTHER CUNT is trying to buy a ticket, and the phone queue is full and not accepting any more calls.

Fuck it.

All of this, and it's costing me a Pam, and it's going to be a FUCKING MISERABLE EXPERIENCE. Unless it somehow isn't.
