Step 1 - exhaustive scouting missions to all building sites in eastern England

Step 2 - identify 11 hulking bricklayers and 3 lightning fast scaffolders, sign them up for double their current wages (= Cureton's annual car valeting bill)

Step 3 - get them even super fitter and hulkier than they already are

Step 4 - spend an afternoon showing them a football and explaining some of the laws. leaving out niceties like fouling

Step 5 - unleash them on League One and go up as champions
