a, club who has big name manager with money to spend, attracting big names in who are happy to join a club that "could" be going somewhere, which equals exciting games, near misses, top end promotion football

b, club who has no balls, no ambition, weak managerial appointment, no one says boo to a goose, no money for big players, mid table division 3 mediocracy, club going no where....no top end football....
