Looks like either an unfortunate, um, 'refuelling' problem (I'm avoiding commenting on someone's private life there. Nothing about rehab anywhere) or he's spoken out of turn to Gunny. In either of those cases, then it'd be defensible to exile him completely. Can't think of another.
