It will be 15 when the holding company come out of administration without the agreed CVA (Which clubs cannot get now because the HMRC won't accept anything less than 100% of what they are owed. This means that all other crediters have to go along with the HMRC and are not able to accept a smaller % in the Pound.

So Saints could in theory carry the 10 points over then start next season with Minus 25. Or have the 10 this season and then 15 next season.
