it falls into pants' refurb category

but typically it's not old stuff redone just stuff that's not quite what the orderer wanted. I bought my laptop from there nearly four years ago - about 2/3 of what I would have paid for it direct. Hard disk died last summer but they replaced it foc, and screen has now gone but I've used it massively.
