yeah something like that, I'd say Grant and Sbragia are similar, except

Ricky bided his time and waited for the right opportunity, and got it. Now he's got a chance with good players, good set up, and 50,000 crowds willing to give him a chance as he's been there two spells

Grant rushed in, and took the first knackers yard job on offer, and thought it might do him some good, but as with most others here, he didn't get the resources, or the time, or the support, and like others, left here with a honours degree of fan spite :o)

(ps, my father's known Ricky for a long time. Many have their ways in football, Ricky's philosophy is to get the message across without shouting or bullying anyone. I guess that's how he stayed in youth development so long with success stories. I love the fact he's in management being like that)
