It is, but ALL the great managers were inexperienced at some point, you can't rule someone

out on that.
Someone has to give them their first proper crack at it.
So i'm reasonably happy to do that with Gunn, knows the game, has a decent team, worked with some good managers in his time as a player.

His lack of experience has showed IMHO but, again, that doesn't bother me so long as he learns.
I think he is.
